Hello to all and to all a good day! Where are all of our dog owners at?? ~You all raise your hands from behind your computer/phone screens.~ There you are! Well, today we've got something that you may or may not find super relatable. Dog owners near and far, come together and rejoice. Doggos make our lives infinitely better, with their sweet doggo yawns, their silly quirks, and so much more.

OP takes to Redditto ask the public one simple question: What are the most underrated aspects of having a dog? OP offers their own opinion, that being that the most underrated aspect of having a dog is that there is always someone at home to keep you company! Others offer their own opinions, which range from the cute sounds dogs make as they yawn and sleep, all the way to dogs helping their owners be more social!

    Oh, yes. The happy snorts. The excitement a doggo feels when his or her owner returns home. The love. We just need a few minutes to really appreciate everything that is written here. So much wholesome goodness.

    Heck yeah! Nothing like taking your doggo for a walk around town to make some neighborhood friends. It's a great way to meet like minded people! Doggo friendships often lead to doggo owner friendships.

Especially if you think you might ever want to have kids, it's a good way to see how you both deal with the massive responsibility of caring for another human being. I would certainly never advise a couple to get a dog for this reason alone, but I do think it's a great added benefit. My husband and I had been together around 8 years before we got our first dog, but I think even being together for so long,

He has his standard "harumph!" when he doesn't get something he wants.
